Shipping Information

DHL shipping is offered for all orders placed on Gallenn.com.
Before the order ships, you can track its status in the My Account section of our website.

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For security reasons, an adult signature is required for all deliverie

All orders are processed automatically, and we cannot shorten or extend shipping times. Please note that you cannot choose the date or time of delivery. Our carrier delivers packages Monday through Friday during business hours.

Once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address.

Customs & Duties

Gallenn is not responsible for any import duties, broker fees, customs and taxed incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note EU countries as of July 1st 2021 will now be charged a VAT due to new regulations. We cannot advise the cost as these charges will vary according to county. As these fees are not computed no applied by Gallenn. If you are unsure about the charges please contact your local customs office for further information.
